Industry Night 2026 Brings Bali’s Creative Community Together with #KUTAKITA

Good things happen when people come together—and Industry Night 2026 is taking that idea to Bali. As part of its Special Takeover Tour, Taste Narrative and Ray Janson Radio are bringing the collaborative gathering to Discovery Kartika Plaza Hotel in partnership with #KUTAKITA, a campaign celebrating the 36th anniversary of Discovery Kartika Plaza Hotel and the 22nd anniversary of Discovery Mall Bali.

More than simply another industry event, the Bali edition is designed as a space where chefs, bartenders, hospitality professionals, creatives, brands, media, suppliers, students and community members can meet, exchange ideas and celebrate the people shaping Bali’s food, beverage and creative scenes. The collaboration reflects a shared belief that industries thrive through connected communities rather than individual efforts.

Food naturally sits at the heart of the gathering. Industry Night grew from the Satu Indonesia Rasa campaign launched by Ray Janson Radio and Taste Narrative in 2023, with a vision that food and beverage are about more than what lands on the plate—they are also about culture, stories, people and the relationships built around them.

For its Bali stop, that philosophy comes to life through a lineup that blends gastronomy, education, hospitality and networking. Guests can look forward to a traditional Mebat ceremony, Industry Talks, a Kitchen Takeover and a Bar Takeover, bringing different corners of the industry together under one roof.

The culinary lineup features Chef Putu Armen, Chef Gunartha Tude, Chef Putu Dodik and Chef Nanda for Mebat; Chef Wiro as the moderator, Dewa Wahyuni, Ramadhani Prasetya, Anne Diana Putri and Chef Maxie Millian for the Industry Talks; and Chef Ray Janson, Chef Manu and Chef Wayan Kresna for the Kitchen Takeover. Meanwhile, the Bar Takeover brings together Arey Barker, Borty Jessika and Raka Ambarawan.

Since its first gathering in 2023, Industry Night has evolved through themes including Intimate Gathering, Ripples and Loud E Proud, growing into a collaborative platform that connects industry professionals across Indonesia. Its Bali chapter continues that journey with a more local lens, pairing the spirit of Industry Night with KUTAKITA’s story of a community growing together around the Kartika Plaza area.

Whether you’re in hospitality, food and beverage, the creative scene or simply curious about the people behind Bali’s ever-evolving industry landscape, this is one evening worth making time for. Expect good food, fresh perspectives, plenty of conversations and, most importantly, a room full of people who believe that the best things are better when shared.
