Running from 6 PM to 10 PM, the event pairs Chef Alessandro D'Amico, Head Chef of AMICI Bali, with Chef Samuel Barus, Chef de Cuisine of SKAI Bar & Grill, for an endless-flow à la carte dining experience inspired by one of Europe's greatest traditions: sharing great food around one table. Chef Alessandro brings AMICI's signature contemporary Italian style, shaped by the culinary philosophy of celebrated Italian chef Enrico Bartolini, while Chef Samuel adds SKAI's signature Mediterranean wood-fire cooking.
