Taking place on Monday, 17 August 2026, Nusantara Foraged Feast brings together Executive Chef Wisnu Adiyatma and Nomadic Culinary Artist & Forager Made Masak for a one-night-only collaboration. The duo will reinterpret Nusantara cuisine through a contemporary lens, pairing locally sourced seafood and premium meats with seasonal wild ingredients, indigenous botanicals and aromatic Balinese spices.
The result promises more than just a beautifully plated dinner. For Chef Wisnu and Made Masak, foraging is a way of reconnecting diners with the landscape itself — exploring ingredients that are often overlooked while celebrating the diversity of Indonesia’s natural pantry.
