There are two ways to get the grill party started. The Casual Private BBQ, priced from IDR 800,000++ per person with a minimum booking of four guests, keeps things generous and easygoing. Start with grilled prawns with garlic butter, beef short rib sliders and charred baby corn ribs before moving on to the main attraction: USDA ribeye steak, slow-smoked beef brisket, free-range chicken glazed with honey mustard and cheesy sausages, all cooked over live fire.
Fresh salads, grilled seasonal vegetables, artisan breads and house-made sauces round out the spread, while dessert brings a sweet finish with grilled pineapple and brown sugar, dark chocolate brownies and vanilla bean ice cream. For those looking to turn up the indulgence, the Premium Private BBQ is available at IDR 1,350,000++ per person. The experience begins with a refreshing arrival ritual, followed by premium canapés including oysters on ice, tuna tartare, grilled scallops and Wagyu beef tataki. The grill then takes centre stage with charcoal-grilled striploin, slow-smoked beef brisket, lamb cutlets, rock lobster tails, jumbo prawns and whole reef fish infused with Balinese spices.
