Kwee Zeen Terrace Bar Brings a New Negroni Hangout to Nusa Dua
There is something about that in-between hour when Bali shifts from afternoon to evening. The sun starts to dip, the air cools down, and suddenly nobody is in quite as much of a hurry to leave. At Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua Beach Resort, that feeling now has a new address: Kwee Zeen Terrace Bar.
Located beside Kwee Zeen, the resort’s all-day dining restaurant, the newly opened terrace bar brings an open-air setting to Nusa Dua for easy drinks and unhurried evenings. Officially opening in September, the space also joined the global Negroni Week celebration from 21–27 September in collaboration with Campari.
Designed with terracotta and cream tones and surrounded by lush greenery, the terrace keeps things relaxed while retaining a touch of elegance. The setting is deliberately casual, with leafy trees creating a natural backdrop and even the resort’s resident squirrels occasionally making an appearance. It is the kind of place that invites you to settle in, order another drink and let the afternoon stretch into evening.
Open daily from 11am to 11pm, Kwee Zeen Terrace Bar follows the rhythm of the day, from afternoon drinks and aperitivo before dinner to late-night conversations under the tropical sky. Happy Hour runs from 3pm to 6pm, returning from 9pm to 11pm for those who like their evenings to go a little longer.
For Negroni lovers, the opening comes with four ways to explore the classic cocktail. Alongside the Original Negroni, the bar introduces three creations — Flora Salina, Spices Sonada and Counterpoint — each offering a different take on the familiar serve. During Negroni Week, all four are available at IDR 160,000++ per glass.
